There's a new movie streaming service coming called Tribeca Shortlist. A joint venture between LIonsgate and Tribeca Enterprises, the service will be available through Roku players, Amazon Fire, iPhone, iPad, and the web. For $4.99 a month, you can check out films curated by industry experts. These experts include actors, directors, producers, insiders, and influencers who know and love movies.
On May 1, Tom Hiddleston (The Avengers, The Night Manager) will be seen as one of the services "Shortlisters." His Shortlist theme is Stories of Heartbreak and Humor. Check out this quickfire clip where he answers some of life's greatest questions.
This second clip shows Hiddleston talking about Danny Boyle and the amazing film, Trainspotting.
Each month, a third of Tribeca Shortlist's movies are switched out for new content, providing users with regularly updated viewing options. TSL is available now on streaming to web and mobile devices for $4.99.
Some of the quality movies leaving the service in April include The Aviator, Beyond The Sea, Escape From New York and Good Will Hunting.
Films arriving in May include 13 Assassins, Husbands and Wives, Fast, Cheap & Out of Control, Starman and many more.
