By Jenine Lee (@Niners_9)

Welcome back to another edition of Nerdie Foodie! This week I’ve been loving rainbows and unicorns. So why not put them together into one post? Here we go!

Rainbow Bagels

Who does not love a good bagel? I know I do! And what’s even cooler than a rainbow bagel?? Steve from Steve’s Kitchen (Blog, Facebook, Twitter) shows us how in the video below!

Rainbow Waffles

And of course, we can’t forget about those delicious waffles! Elise Strachan from My Cupcake Addiction (Facebook, Twitter) shows us how in the video below!

Rainbow Treats

The amazing Rosanna Pansino from Nerdy Nummies (Facebook) shows us how to make Funfetti cupcakes with fondant rainbow toppers, rainbow pudding pops, rainbow jars cakes, and rainbow fruit skewers. That’s a whole lot of rainbow! Check out the video below!

Unicorn Rainbow Poop Cookies

Who doesn’t love a good poop cookie? Unicorns + rainbows + poop (a la sprinkles) = Unicorn Rainbow Poop Coookies! Ro from Nerdy Nummies (Twitter) shows us how! Check out the video below!

Unicorn Bark

You’ve heard of peppermint chocolate bark for Christmas. Now comes the unicorn bark for spring and all year round fun! You can use whatever sprinkles and edible decorations you desire! Delish (Blog, Facebook, Twitter) shows us how in the video below!

Rainbow Fudge

Decadent fudgy goodness! That is what Tammy from Yoyomax12: The Diet Free Zone (Facebook, Twitter) brings us! Check out the video below for this colourful creation!

Rainbow Mini Macarons

Y’all know my obsession with macarons, so of course I found a recipe tutorial on how to make a rainbow version. Rosie from Rosie’s Dessert Spot (Blog, Facebook) shows us how to make these adorable confections. Check out the video below!

Rainbow and Unicorn Drinks

For kids of all ages (that’s me included), Elise from My Cupcake Addiction (Blog) shows us how to make rainbow milkshakes! What’s not to love? Rainbows and milkshakes. That is all. Check out this cool tutorial in the video below!

And finally, for those really big kids, these three drinks come with an ADULTS ONLY, LEGAL DRINKING AGE warning. This is for all you gin and glitter lovers out there! Agnes Stockburger from SheKnows Canada (Blog, Facebook, Twitter) shares with us three (3) unicorn inspired drinks: Unicorn Tears, Unicorn Kiss, and Unicorn’s Revenge. Check out all three recipes here!
